During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us how they had benefitted from the care and treatment provided. One person told us, 'I recently had a 'blip' and in two hours staff from the crisis team came. They've been fantastic with me and I can't fault them at all. It's the place to be.' Another person said, 'I love it here. They have helped me a lot. I was really poorly.'
People who used the service spoke very positively about the staff. One person, referring to the member of staff that worked with them, said, 'She is always straightforward and makes it fair for everybody.'
People who used the service were represented on the provider's board and on other executive groups. The provider's board included four community representatives, three of whom were required to be recent users of the service.
