The people we spoke with told us they were very generally happy with the services provided. One person told us they needed an emergency appointment and were seen the same day. The second person we spoke with told us the service could be further improved as they had arrived for an appointment and had not been informed that the Dentist was not available that day.

The people we spoke with told us the dental practice was clean and tidy and they did not have any concerns about the cleanliness of the premises or the dental equipment and instruments. They told us the staff were friendly and helpful. They also told us that they had no concerns about the services they received and would speak to the dentist if they had any concerns.
