During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people who had used the service on the day of our inspection. They told us they were happy with the service and would recommend it to other people. One person told us, "The whole family including the children come here and have helped us in an emergency." This showed the service was responsive to people's needs. Another person told us "The staff are friendly and helpful."
We spoke with three staff and they all confirmed they fully understood the principles regarding how to treat people with dignity and respect. The service had provided training for the staff regarding try safeguarding procedures for children and vulnerable adults. There was a robust recruitment procedure in place and the service carried out surveys to understand what people thought about aspects of the dental service provided.
