During a routine inspection
The agency staff were described by people who used the service as "very good ' all helpful"; "a friendly bunch"; "really good with me". When asked what the best thing about the service was one person said "[the staff are] understanding and caring."
We talked to some relatives of people who used the service, who were equally positive. One relative, when asked about the agency, said "I can't fault them" and another told us their son's care needs were "met in the best possible way."
