During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People told us they were happy with the care and treatments they had received. One person said, "My treatment was absolutley spot on, it was brilliant. I came to this practice as I wasn't happy with my old one, and I've been really impressed." Another person said,"My treatment was good, I've had no problems since I've had it done."
Staff training was kept up to date so that staff could care for people safely and to an appropriate standard. We found people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and there was an effective system in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
