During a routine inspection
They told us that they had contributed to their rehabilitation programme of care.
People told us that they felt well looked after and that all their needs were met. They felt they had made progress during their stay and that they had good access to medical staff, physiotherapist and occupational therapist.
People told us that they felt safe and knew who to talk to if they had any concerns.
People told us that the staff were kind, caring, helpful and supportive. They felt they were suitably trained and knowledgeable about spinal injuries and care.
People told us that there were always enough staff available to support them and they were quick to respond to call bells.
They told us that they were regularly asked if they were happy with their care and felt able to raise any issues they had.
