During a routine inspection
People we spoke with attending the practice for treatment or routine checks told us they had been informed of the treatment options available to them and the cost.
We spoke with one person who was visiting the hygienist and had also booked for a routine check up. They told us they had chosen the practice because they advertised a service for nervous and anxious people. They said 'I now no longer dread going to the dentist.' The practice offered conscious sedation for some procedures.
One person said of the dental nurses "they are great, polite and helpful." Another person told us they had been oral health advice when they attended the practice.
People told us they could make appointments easily. One person said 'it is easy to get an appointment, I rang earlier today and an appointment was made for later in the day.'
