During an inspection looking at part of the service
of people's experiences of the service by reviewing some of the services quality assurance systems.
Comments made by people who had used the service included 'The ambulance men were very kind and extremely sensitive to the needs of (my relative)'.
'Thank you for your excellent service' and 'I found the service most professional and efficient with care'.
We found that action had been taken to address the areas of non compliance found at the last inspection. We found that the service had actively sought the views of people who had used the service and had taken action to address any areas people were not happy. We found that strategies were in place to reduce any risk of infection to people using the service, and to monitor and improve the service. We found that effective recruitment procedures had been put in place to protect the welfare of people using the service.
