During a routine inspection

We spoke with over 50% of the people who received domiciliary care from this small agency. This included speaking with nine people on the telephone and, by prior agreement with each person, we visited three people in their own home.

All the people we spoke with told us they received a very good standard of care and support. They told us the staff knew what to do and were reliable. One relative who cared for a person who received support from the agency described the service as 'absolutely marvellous'. Other people described the agency staff as 'very kind'.

We found this agency was providing a safe, effective, and well managed service.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with nine people on the telephone and asked them about their experience of receiving a service from staff from this agency. All the people we spoke with told us they received a very good standard of care and support. They told us the staff knew what to do and were reliable. One relative told us, "I am very happy with their service. The staff are always so friendly and they always come on time." People also said that the agency staff treated them with respect and always provided them with the support they needed.
