During a routine inspection
One relative told us, 'Care is brilliant. I've been here quite a lot and they use the right equipment. They are very caring'. Another relative said, 'Staff are caring and my wife is safe here.'
The service demonstrated good practice that ensured people were protected from abuse. Care practice and record-keeping was underpinned by clear, regular auditing procedures. Practices in relation to the administration of medication appeared to be safe and adequate.
We observed that staff were able to provide treatment in a respectful, timely and unhurried way. This was because staff were supported to carry out their duties effectively.
