The patient said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. They felt they were treated as an individual, and their personal needs were respected. The provider had undertaken a patient survey that they shared with us. This showed a high level of satisfaction with the service, and praised staff.
Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles. Leaders described how they supported the wellbeing of staff.
