Beyond Limits (Plymouth) provides a supported living service to people living in their own homes. The service specialises in providing 'bespoke' packages of care for adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, mental illness, or physical disabilities. At the time of this assessment, the service was supporting 8 people who required support with personal care. Everyone supported by the service lived individually in their own home. Some people required support 24 hours a day. This assessment activity began on the 8 February 2024 and ended on 19 March 2024. We looked at 1 key question; Well-led, and 1 quality statement; Governance, management and sustainability. We expect health and social care providers to guarantee people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ is the guidance CQC follows to make assessments and judgements about services supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and providers must have regard to it. At this assessment, we looked at some aspects of how the service met these principles. At our last inspection, this service was rated outstanding. Following this assessment, the service remains rated outstanding.
