During an inspection looking at part of the service
We found that the provider had monitored the quality of the service provided to patients by seeking their views about their care and treatment and they were acted on. We looked at surveys that had been completed by the patients and found the following comments, "all staff efficient and friendly", "I have been very pleased with the practice, thank you". Additional audits had been completed and actions had been recorded and acted upon to improve the service.
