During a routine inspection
We found people gave consent to their care and treatment and received care and support that met their needs. A person told us, 'I felt I was involved every step of the way. I was very impressed, they were very good and involved me. A relative said, 'I think there intervention was able to get them out of hospital quicker and got them home. They gave me a lot of support as well.'
We found people were safeguarded from abuse. A person who used the service told us all the staff who visited them, 'Wore a uniform and had picture identification.'
We found the staff team were supported through training and the provider assessed and monitored the quality of the service. A person told us, 'They know what they are doing.' We saw comments made by people on survey forms were positive and included, 'Amazing' and 'I didn't realise the Red Cross did things like this.'
