During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us the staff had been very supportive and had liaised with other agencies as required to ensure that appropriate care was provided.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People told us that they had observed good practice in infection prevention and control.
There were effective recruitment and selection processes in place and appropriate checks were undertaken before staff began work. People who used the service told us they liked the staff and confirmed they saw a consistent group of staff.
People told us they were very satisfied with the service and had not made any complaints. There was an effective complaints system available and comments and complaints people made were responded to appropriately.
