During a routine inspection
We asked specifically if people were happy with the dental service they were receiving, and if they felt safe. We were told by both patients that they were very happy with the service and that they did feel safe. One person described their dental treatment as: 'excellent' and the other person described it as: 'very good indeed.'
Both had been patients for a number of years, and they spoke positively about the care and treatment that they had received during their time as patients. Neither patient had ever had need to complain about their treatment.
