Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Within 28 days of this Notice being adopted, the registered provider must create and implement a plan to improve how staff are deployed within the areas covered which includes actions and timescales for completion. The registered person must carry out a documented review of this plan to ensure effectiveness at least once a month following implementation.

Within 28 days of this notice being adopted, the registered provider must have a system in place which gives oversight of care plans and risk assessments of service users in receipt of a regulated activity. This system must ensure that these records are accurate and up to date. The registered person must carry out a documented review of the system to ensure effectiveness at least once monthly following implementation.
