During a routine inspection
A relative told us that the care was, 'Outstanding.'
We spoke with two professionals who told us that they did not have any concerns about the service and from their perspective people were getting the support required.
We found that before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes.
We did not find that appropriate checks were always undertaken before staff began work.
People, relatives and professionals told us they felt able to raise any concerns they had with staff.
