During a routine inspection
We looked at five people's care and treatment records. People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual needs. Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes.
We saw that there were sufficient qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs. We looked at staff records and spoke with four members of staff who told us they were being appropriately supervised and supported.
We saw that the provider had systems and procedures in place to regularly monitor and assess the quality of the service provided.
