Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must ensure that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is being worn correctly by all staff within the location to prevent and control the spread of Covid-19. By Tuesday 22 December 2020 the registered provider must send a report to the Commission detailing what actions you have taken to ensure PPE is being worn correctly.
The Registered Provider must undertake a review of all infection control procedures regarding Covid-19, particularly in connection with visiting procedures, staff training, testing, sickness procedures, donning and doffing of PPE and storage and disposal of PPE, at Turning Point - Cumbria Learning Disabilities Supported Living to ensure that this is in line with current Government guidance to prevent the spread of Covid-19. By Tuesday 22 December 2020 the registered provider must submit a report to the Commission detailing what action has been taken/is to be taken as a result of this review. The report must set out any situations where current Government guidance is not being followed and the measures in place as a result, to prevent and control the spread of Covid-19.
