Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Within one month of the imposition of this condition, and monthly thereafter, the Registered Provider must conduct a formal audit of the quality and safety of the environment at Copper Beeches. This must include cleanliness and compliance with infection control procedures, safe storage of potentially harmful substances and repairs needed to the property (Copper Beeches). The report should detail any remedial or immediate action taken along with any other action that you plan to take as a result of the findings. Where relevant it should include associated timescales and highlight who will be responsible for ensuring that the required improvements are made. This must be provided to the Care Quality Commission on the first Monday of every month.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care at Copper Beeches.
