During a routine inspection

People told us that they have always received very good service at this practice. One person said, "I believe that they (the surgery) know we have a choice and therefore they treat us very well. It is a family run practice and most of the patients have been coming here for years."

The surgery is based centrally in Potters bar and there are three dentists in the practice. The practice also employs a hygienist.

The practice only provides a service to private patients and does not have any NHS patients.

Staff told us on the day of our inspection that they treat people with dignity and respect and always ask if they are happy with their treatment. Staff told us that they frequently have several patients from the same family, and they attribute this to the caring ethos at the practice.
