During a routine inspection
Patient's said they felt well informed about their treatment and were always advised of the individual options available to them. When asked if theypatients were treated with dignity each patient agreed that they were and were told us 'Very much so' and 'Always' in response to this question.
Each patient told us that the service was good because the dentists always explained everything and allowed time for thempeople to make their choices and decisions. One person told us that they thought their dentist was 'Wonderful in the way he accommodates different needs.'
During our visit we saw that the surgery was clean, hygienic and well maintained. Each patient told us that they had always found the standard of cleanliness to be high. One patient described the surgery as 'Spotless.'
Patients told us that the staff were helpful and appeared to be well trained. Satisfaction with the quality of the service was expressed and the service was described as 'Excellent.' One person said they would 'Highly recommend' the service.
