During a routine inspection
People spoken to were very positive about the service, indicating that they were provided with the care that they needed, and were given choices about the support they received. They had formed good and supportive relationships with staff and management. One person told us 'they always keep me informed if there are any changes,' and another said 'they are excellent ' really on the ball.'
However some improvements are needed regarding recruitment procedures, staff supervision and training, quality assurance and record keeping, to ensure that people are provided with the highest possible standard of care and support.
