During a routine inspection
We spoke with five people who attended for appointments. The people we spoke with told us that they were treated with respect and dignity. One person told us, 'I am treated with respect and dignity at all times.'
All people spoken with confirmed that medical histories were taken and they told us that treatment options were discussed with them and this included the price of treatments.
None of the people we spoke with said they had needed to make a complaint but were aware of how to if necessary. They told us they were more than satisfied with the care, treatment and advice provided by the dentist and the nurse at the practice. Comments included: 'The dentist is very good. I am always given sufficient information I am very happy with the advice and treatment,' 'The staff are friendly, professional and helpful' and 'The dentist always asks if I have understood the information about the treatment and options available.'
People told us that they were given protective equipment during treatment. People told us that the surgery always looked clean and tidy.
All the people we spoke with told us they felt safe and trusted the advice of the dentist.
