During a routine inspection
We found that people received the care and support that they needed and individual needs were established before people started using the service.
We saw that staff supported people in a sensitive and engaging way and regular activities were arranged. One visitor told us, 'They always have lots to do.'
The home had systems in place to regularly check the quality of care and actions had been taken where issues had been identified. Residents and relatives were regularly consulted for their views about their care and treatment and were supported if they needed to make complaints.
