During an inspection in response to concerns
The home offered people a choice of food and made sure that people who had special dietary needs were given the food they needed. There were mixed comments from people about the food in the home. One person told us that it was "Sometimes good and sometimes bad".
We found that there were sufficient numbers of staff to meet the needs of people in the home. Staff received training and support to ensure they were sufficiently skilled to carry out their work.
We found that there was an effective system to manage the quality of care that people received and that improvements were made to the service following feedback from relatives and people at the home.
