Some people with whom we spoke were happy with the cleanliness and decoration, but others felt that the service needed some decoration. The lounges and dining areas were well decorated and the furniture was of a good quality. Each bedroom seen had personal possessions, such as pictures and ornaments.
The service has systems in place to consult with people who use the service, relatives and visitors on the quality of the service provided.
There are systems in place for people to use if they have a concern or are not happy with the service being provided to them. People with whom we spoke said they were happy with the care they received from the staff and knew how to raise any concerns they may have.
