During a routine inspection
People said they were being well looked after and they liked living at the home. Visitors expressed their satisfaction with the care being provided to their relatives. Some specifically commented on the improvement in their relatives' health and condition since coming to the home. Visitors who were representatives said they were kept up to date with their relative's condition.
People said they felt safe at the home and could speak with a member of staff or the management if they had any worries. Visitors told us they were confident to discuss any issues and that they were listened to.
People told us staff knew how to care for them. One person said 'the care is brilliant' and another said they were 'being looked after very well'. We received similar positive comments from other people living at the home.
