During a routine inspection
We spoke with eight people who used the service and some of their relatives via the telephone. The people we spoke with said that they were happy with the care and support they received from the staff. One relative we spoke with said that the "staff did a brilliant job. They support my son with his shopping and outings and overall the support was good". Another relative said that "the staff were caring, friendly and supportive". The people we spoke with also told us that they were aware of the agency's complaints procedure and would use it if required. At present they said they did not have any concerns.
