During a routine inspection
One patient told us, 'They explain what is needed and what is not. They provide advice and give options of treatment. I then agree if I am happy to proceed before they start any treatment'.
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.
We spoke with three patients who used the practice about their experience of Iosis Dental Clinic. They told us that they liked the practice. They commented, 'It has been wonderful. They answer all your questions. They are good and friendly. They welcome you'. 'The best experience I have ever had' and 'I feel really good. Feel looked after and cared for'.
Patients who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
There were effective recruitment and selection processes in place.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
