During a routine inspection
We observed that people were treated with respect when arriving at the reception desk to book in for their appointment. We saw the dental nurse greeted each person and took them through to the surgery.
One person told us "I have been seeing the same dentist for a few years and have no concerns at all, they're a professional friendly bunch of people. The dentist is very good with my children when I bring them for their check up."
Another person told us that it was there first visit to this practice and that they had been treated respectfully, and had been given the brochure to read. They also told us they had been informed about the importance of completing a medical health form and why they had been given a consent to treatment form before going into see the dentist.
