During an inspection in response to concerns
People told us they were involved in planning their own care. They said that the care they received took account how they wanted their care providing. People said that the service listened to them and made changes to their care when their needs altered.
People told us that the care workers treated them well, respected and promoted their privacy and dignity. People liked the staff and felt they provided them with the support they needed. Comments included, "I have a key worker who talks to me about how I want to do the things I want to, but I can talk to any staff, they are all great."
We were told by people that they felt safe and protected. Support staff were trained to identify abuse and knew how to act when they felt someone may be harmed.
Support staff received training to provide people with the care they needed. People's care was regularly reviewed to make sure it continued to meet their needs. Checks were made on staff to make sure they were providing appropriate care.
