During a routine inspection
People appreciated how the agency was run and said that as the agency was small there were lots of personal touches. People liked that they had two or three care staff providing their care. They said that they always stayed the time they were paid for. People said that the owners still provided personal care and that this more 'hands on' approach meant that they received, 'Excellent care'.
Another person said, 'I really am very pleased with the service. I think (my relative's) condition has improved because of the excellent care she is getting'. People also said that 'Communication between us and the agency is excellent'.
