During a routine inspection
People who used the practice said "I have always been satisfied with the treatment" and "excellent service, friendly receptive dentists who I have confidence in". One person commented "it's friendly, really nice staff and good treatment".
The standard of the environment throughout the practice was good and appeared clean, tidy and well maintained. The provider had a number of infection prevention and control policies in place which provided clear instruction to staff.
There were sufficient numbers of suitably qualified, skilled and experienced people employed to meet the needs of patients using the practice.
The provider had a complaints procedure which confirmed who was responsible for handling complaints. This set out timescales people could expect for a response if a complaint was made. People were advised that if they remained dissatisfied with the outcome of their complaint after internal investigation they could refer the matter onwards.
