During a routine inspection
We found the practice was visibly clean and the necessary decontamination standards were being met including the use of a designated decontamination room and automated washer-disinfector. We found the provider had a suitable complaints process and staff clearly understood the procedure for managing complaints. The complaints procedure was made easily accessible to people who used the service.
We spoke with three people on the day of the inspection. One person described how staff were "good" and "polite" and the dentist requested consent for treatment when necessary. Another person said the dentist "explained things clearly" and the third person we spoke with confirmed they were happy with the service they and their family received.
