During a routine inspection

We with spoke people who use the service and with some relatives who act of behalf of other people. One person said, 'They provide an excellent service. We have had the same girl coming in to our home for four years. All the staff are very smart and efficient. They provided good quality care and support for me'.

Another said, 'I usually get the same person coming every day. I have no complaints with the care provided. They do a good job'.

Another person told us, 'Since receiving care from Inspirit, our relative's quality of life has greatly improved. She looks forward to the carers visits and they spend quality time with her. The carers really care; it's not just a job. We are very grateful for their input'.

We spoke with some members of staff who told us:

'I am happy with my job. It is a good agency to work for. We get lots of training and support from our managers'.

Another said, 'They have offered me training and support to help me carry out my job efficiently. They provide us with all the equipment we need such as gloves and aprons'.
