During a routine inspection
We gathered evidence of people's experiences by telephoning two people following our visit.
People we spoke with said they were very happy with the service they had received. Comments we received about the service included 'The best' and 'By far the best person I have been to.'
People told us they would speak to the doctor if they were unhappy with anything. Information about how to make a complaint was not available to people but we saw people were able to make comments about the service.
People we spoke with said everything always looked clean and they were satisfied with the standards of cleanliness.
We saw some arrangements for the control of infection were in place. We saw processes in place to ensure treatments were safe to use.
The doctor we spoke with was professional in their manner and enthusiastic about their work. We saw they had undertaken training on how to provide the treatments. We also saw they were registered with the General Medical Council.
We were told the doctor had a current criminal record check, but evidence of this could not be produced on the day of our visit.
