During a routine inspection

People told us they were very satisfied with the service provided at Park Road North dental service. They told us they were pleased with the information and choices given to them, the way treatments were explained every step of the way and the attitude and caring manner of the staff.

We found from talking to people and looking at records that people were involved in their care and treatment plans. Care and treatment was assessed and planned according to individual need. Records were completed appropriately and included required information regarding the person who used the service.

We found the provider was compliant with infection prevention and control and decontamination requirements for dentists. Correct procedures were undertaken and staff were aware of their responsibilities in relation to infection prevention and control.
