During a routine inspection
We saw people were treated with dignity and respect. There were systems in place which enabled people to express their views about the services and care they received.
We observed patients received information about their treatment and appropriate consent was obtained before treatment commenced.
A patient told us staff were courteous and polite. We observed staff address people by their name.
People told us they were given choices about the treatment they received.
We saw people were cared for in a clean environment and protected against the risk of infection. The patients we spoke with told us they thought the practice was clean.
