During a routine inspection
We reviewed six care records. We saw that care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people’s safety and welfare. People told us they were happy with the care and treatments they had received. People told us the practice had been helpful and responsive to their needs. One person said, “The wire on my brace was causing me a bit of irritation earlier in the week. I called up and they arranged me an appointment that night. They try and fit around my work which is really helpful.”
Staff training was kept up to date so that staff could care for people safely and to an appropriate standard. We found people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and there was an effective system in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
