During a routine inspection

People were positive about their experiences when using the service. They said they were treated as individuals and had enough information to make a decision about whether to participate in treatment. They understood what the treatment would offer them, the risks involved and alternative treatments.

People were assessed prior to commencing treatment and this included tests, consultations and discussions about suitability of different treatments offered. They saw a doctor at every visit and their progress and response to treatment was monitored.

There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The centre was clean and well maintained and staff had received infection control training.

There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs. There were processes to review, investigate and learn from complaints.
