During a routine inspection
Patients told us that they were happy with their treatment and that the appointment system was flexible to meet their needs. One patient had made an emergency appointment in the past and they said they had no trouble arranging this. They said that the dentist was very good with children and, "she put them at ease.'
In relation to cleanliness one person said, 'It's as clean as it can be'. Another said, 'It's very clean.'
In response to surveys one person said, 'Yes I've completed surveys, I'm very happy with the treatment provided.' In relation to the staff team one person said, 'I've nothing but praise for them, I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.'
