During an inspection looking at part of the service
Staff received appropriate training and professional development to enable them to deliver care and treatment to people safely and to an appropriate standard. The provider had put measures into place to ensure staff supervision and appraisal were in place to support workers.
There were systems for monitoring the quality and safety of services provided to people. These included recording and investigating complaints, and collecting feedback from relatives and representatives of people who use the service and staff. Improvements had been made by the provider to ensure feedback from people who use the service was obtained and acted upon. Where improvements to services were required, these were made.
