During a routine inspection
On the day of the inspection we spoke with the provider, four staff members and five people who used the service.
The practice had a contract with the NHS to provide NHS dental care to people. People could choose to pay for private treatment which was outside the agreed treatments of the NHS.
We received positive feedback from people who used the service we spoke with. They told us the staff were pleasant and friendly. They said the practice was generally clean and tidy. The people we spoke with had experienced no difficulty in arranging appointment at a convenient time.
All of the people we spoke with said treatment options had been discussed with them. Where appropriate, treatment cost had also been explained.
Everyone we spoke with told us they were happy with the service and would recommend the practice to family and friends.
