During a routine inspection
Records seen showed people's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies and staff had attended medical emergencies training which included basic life support.
People told us the clinic was "very clean". There were systems in place to ensure the surgery and equipment was cleaned appropriately. Reusable instruments were decontaminated and sterilized in accordance with published guidance.
We saw staff received appropriate professional development and the provider had processes in place to monitor the quality of the service provided to people.
