During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people during our visit who were attending for treatment. All of them told us that they were very satisfied with the service. One person told us “It’s a fantastic service.”
People told us that their views and opinions were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care.
We looked at the results of a recent survey conducted by the practice. These results showed high levels of satisfaction with the service. One person had written “A wonderful service, care and excellent results.”
Staff we spoke with had received recent training in appropriate areas including safeguarding. Staff we spoke with understood how to recognise and report any concerns that they had.
We found that mandatory standards on infection control set down by the Department of Health were met. One person said “It’s very clean and tidy.”
The practice had won several recent awards for its achievements. It had systems in place to monitor the quality of treatment provided.
