People's experience of this service
People’s health, well-being and safety were paramount. People received appropriate care and support because there were effective systems in place to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate people's needs. People were involved throughout these processes. This ensured their needs were clearly identified and the support they received was meaningful and personalised. Staff were referred to as ‘caring, courteous and kind’. We read some comments the provider had received from people. These included, “Your team work above and beyond to ensure clients are well looked after, they are professional and caring”, “I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service to anyone seeking a care company they can trust” and “The office staff and carers are helpful and considerate.”
