During a routine inspection
We were not able to speak with people who used the service directly to gain their views about the service they had received. However, we did ask for the views of representatives from two local NHS providers who had used the service.
We looked at two vehicles and found that they were clean, maintained and ready to use. We saw systems were in place for the cleaning and maintenance of vehicles which ensured people's safety.
Recruitment procedures ensured that only staff that were suitable had been employed.
Staff had received the training and support that they needed to ensure that people who had used the service were safe.
Quality monitoring systems in place ensured that the service was well led.
