Tehy Care Group is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment, the service supported 4 people with personal care. We carried out our on-site assessment on 19 June 2024, off site activity started on 14 June 2024 and ended 08 July 2024. We looked at 19 quality statements. We found a breach of the legal regulations in relation to governance. We were not assured the oversight of the service was effective in assuring the organisation remained compliant with regulations.
